WSGF - Vaycaychella Optimistic For Airbnb Entrepreneurs Investing In Cuba

(OTC Pink: WSGF) ("WSGF"), through its new operating subsidiary, Vaycaychella, today highlighted news from Washington that "House Democrats are reportedly pressing President Joe Biden to reverse U.S. policy on Cuba once again, returning to the detente that prevailed before Donald Trump took office (Bloomberg).

WSGF acquired Vaycaychella last year making the new business acquisition its primary focus.  A name change reflecting the alternative real estate finance focus is underway.  The name change will include a ticker symbol change.  No reverse or forward split is concurrently underway with the name and ticker symbol change.

Vaycaychella is helping entrepreneurs by providing alternative financing options to acquire vacation properties to rent through Apps like Airbnb and VRBO.

Vaycaychella's mission is to expand the short-term rental ecosystem upstream from rental apps like Airbnb, VRBO, and Expedia to include the short-term rental property purchase with the introduction of our Vaycaychella Peer-To-Peer (P2P) App to connect would be short-term rental property buyers that might not have had the resources before to make a purchase, with a crowd of new breed alternative investors.

Vaycaychella got its start by backing a pilot rental business that includes vacation properties in Cuba.  In addition to the current operating vacation properties in Cuba backed by Vaycaychella, the company is currently backing the refurbishment of a classic Havana building soon opening as a boutique hotel.  Vaycaychella management believes that normalizing U.S. relations with Cuba could open hundreds and possibly thousands of entrepreneurial vacation rental property opportunities.
