Jefferson Apartment Group earns MHN Silver Award for 2023 Development Company of the Year.

The MHN 2023 Excellence Awards were presented based on accomplishments in 2022 that demonstrated excellence in multifamily, including sound development practices, a solid business plan with strong financial decision-making, and a positive influence on the locations where development occurred. In addition, judges looked for companies that reflected innovation, creativity and efficiency in their work.

JAG’s accomplishments in 2022 included:

Closing more and larger deals across multiple markets to include two sales, eight active construction projects, and three land closings – despite economic headwinds.
Opening a new regional office in Charlotte, N.C., to fuel expansion.
Closing over $1B in production and transactions.

MHN reported receiving a record number of entries this year. Gold, silver and bronze awards were presented in each category on November 30.
