Court documents reveal that a self-employed contractor from Daniel Island, South Carolina, was engaged in construction and remodeling services in Auburn, New York. Between 2007 and 2010, he failed to file income tax returns and did not pay income taxes. After his conviction, he was sentenced to two years in federal prison. Additionally, he was ordered to serve one year of supervised release, commencing upon the completion of his physical incarceration.
