(OTCQB: ALDS) (“APPlife”, the Company”), a business incubator and portfolio manager that invests in and creates e-commerce and cloud-based solutions announced today that it has completed its acquisition of certain assets and operations of London, England-based LeSalon Beauty Ltd (“LeSalon”) in a transaction consisting of APPlife Digital common stock and cash. APPlife will retain key members of LeSalon’s leadership and technical teams as consultants ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of service for existing customers.
