Cornerstone Research Announces Kristin Leary as Chief Talent Officer

Leary brings more than 25 years of experience in the talent management and learning and development fields. She has also led diversity and inclusion initiatives in multiple organizations.

Most recently, Leary served as the chief talent and equity officer at Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP. Previously, she held roles as director of the corporate practice at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, and as global manager of professional development at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she oversaw eight practice areas.
