    The Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIASC) today announced that the first class of the BIASC Hall of Legends and Century Award winners, two exemplary groups of individuals recognized for their notable work and significant impact in the building industry, will be revealed at the BIASC Centennial All Regional Gala Installation on Friday, November 10, 2023 at the Rancho Mission Viejo Equestrian Center in San Juan Capistrano, California.
