KARLSTAD, Sweden, Aug. 18, 2022 /PRNewswire/ --Embracer Group AB ("Embracer"), through its wholly owned subsidiary Saber Interactive[1], has acquired 100 percent of the shares of Swedish developer Tuxedo Labs.
