BARSTOW, Calif., Nov. 28, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On the heels of the recent BNSF Railway announcement to develop the largest railway hub in the western United States in Barstow, the City of Barstow is making its first notable infrastructure development by planning the replacement of the city's historic bridge.
