CHICAGO, Sept. 6, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- In an historic and long-awaited decision, arbitrator Gil Vernon has ruled in favor of Teamsters Local 710 in its 2017 protest against UPS's use of Personal Vehicle Drivers (PVDs) without first bargaining over their wages and other terms and conditions of employment. Lead counsel for the union was John Bielski of Willig, Williams & Davidson.

WASHINGTON, March 22, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Teamsters who work at Standard Forwarding have overwhelmingly voted to ratify a new three-year contract that provides for significant hourly and mileage increases, increased benefit contributions and other improvements.
