- For the first time, these results consolidate acardo group, acquired per January 1st 2023.
- Last year, Vectron (stand alone) reported H1 net sales of EUR 12,8m., whereas H1 2023 net sales, now including acardo group, add up to EUR 18,5m, thus representing an increase of 47 percent.
- The acquisition of acardo group also accounts for now positive half year operating results with an EBITDA of EUR 1,7m.
