On August 1, 2023, GLOBAL executed a share purchase agreement with Go Fast Sports & Beverage Company to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of GO FAST.
The purchase price for GO FAST was set at $1,200,000.00 and was paid for with cash and short-term notes issued by GLOBAL.
