Law Firm of Corsiglia, McMahon & Allard Files Sexual Abuse Lawsuit Against Twin Rivers Unified School District

- The San Jose based law firm of Corsiglia, McMahon & Allard filed the case in Sacramento County Superior Court on behalf of the now 19-year-old victim.
- The lawsuit states that the school district failed in its legal duty to properly screen and supervise Wilson.
- In May 2022, the law firm obtained a $10 million jury verdict for the 2003 sexual abuse of a then-high school tennis player abused by his coach.
