The National Newspaper Publishers Association (NNPA), representing the Black Press of America and 250 Black owned media companies throughout the United States of America, resolutely joins with the U.S. Black Chamber of Commerce (USBC) to salute and thank the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for moving forward in the authorization process for FM Broadcasters’ geotargeting.
