The City of Alice, Texas and Seven Seas Water Group, a multi-national provider of Water-as-a-Service (WaaS) solutions, today announced that they have successfully executed a contract for the construction of a Public-Private Partnership brackish water desalination plant to provide fresh drinking water to the residents of the City of Alice, Texas.

- The City of Alice, Texas and Seven Seas Water Group, a multi-national provider of Water-as-a-Service (WaaS) solutions, today announced that they have successfully executed a contract for the construction of a Public-Private Partnership brackish water desalination plant to provide fresh drinking water to the residents of the City of Alice, Texas.
- Seven Seas Water Group will finance, design, build, operate and maintain a Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) plant on land owned by the city.
