The Company field team is currently exploring another potential discovery referred to as the Cobrasco North target.

Key Points:
  • The Company field team is currently exploring another potential discovery referred to as the Cobrasco North target.
  • Detailed geological mapping and infill sampling on that copper-molybdenum anomaly is being based out of the Cobrasco base camp.
  • Further follow-up work is also planned for the Cobrasco South zone, another interpreted porphyry centre separated from the main Cobrasco mineralising system.
  • Figure 4 - Cobrasco North concession block showing Cu-thematic map for rock chip sampling to-date and Cobrasco East outline of porphyry float and outcrops defined so far.

Aldebaran Reports 1,059.5 m of 0.4% CuEq in a Previously Untested Area at the Altar Copper Gold Project

CuEq values were calculated using copper, gold, silver and molybdenum.

Key Points:
  • CuEq values were calculated using copper, gold, silver and molybdenum.
  • No adjustments were made for recovery as the project is an early-stage exploration project and metallurgical data to allow for estimation of recoveries is not yet available.
  • The formulas utilized to calculate equivalent values is CuEq %= Cu % + Au g/t * 0.6805 + Ag g/t * 0.00875 + Mo ppm / 3000.
  • The only hole within a 200 m radius is ALD-07-024, which was drilled only to 445.8 m depth.

Pampa Metals Confirms Tertiary Age for Host Rock Porphyry and Native Gold-Sulphide Mineralization in Quartz-Veinlet Stockwork at the Buenavista Target (Block 4 Project)

The recently obtained Tertiary geological age date is an important additional component adding to the attractiveness of the Buenavista Target.

Key Points:
  • The recently obtained Tertiary geological age date is an important additional component adding to the attractiveness of the Buenavista Target.
  • Paul Gill, Pampa Metals CEO, stated: We are delighted with the latest information from the Buenavista Target.
  • The Early Tertiary (Paleocene) age date obtained for the host rock porphyry at the Buenavista target in Block 4 would be the first for the Sierra Vaquillas Altas area in northern Chile.
  • A Paleocene age is considered the maximum age for the porphyry system at the Buenavista target, but may in fact represent the host rock for a younger porphyry event.

Interra Copper Reports Molybdenite Age Dating from Gail Area and Update on Sample Analysis

Retrieved on:

The study utilized rhenium-osmium age dating (Re-Os), a form of radiometric dating, of molybdenite from an outcrop sample.

Key Points:
  • The study utilized rhenium-osmium age dating (Re-Os), a form of radiometric dating, of molybdenite from an outcrop sample.
  • Attendant potassic alteration (Kspar/biotite) and quartz, magnetite, epidote, and native copper mineralogy (Afton, Kwanika) are also key components.
  • The Re-Os date of (202.8 +/-0.8Ma) from molybdenite on the Gail rock sample is within the Late Triassic to Early Jurassic porphyry Cu-Au (-Mo) age of mineralization cluster of 215-205Ma observed within porphyries located throughout British Columbia.
  • The dating procedure involved sampling areas with visible molybdenite followed by metal-free crushing, followed by gravity and magnetic concentration methods to obtain a molybdenite mineral separate.

Sanatana Announces Discovery of New Copper-Bearing Zone at its Oweegee Dome Project and Provides Exploration Update

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 16, 2021) - Sanatana Resources. (TSXV: STA) ("Sanatana" or the "Company") has identified a new copper-bearing zone, named the Tarn zone, at the Oweegee Dome copper-gold project located within the famous "Golden Triangle" of northwest British Columbia. The discovery of the Tarn zone greatly upgrades the Skowill prospect and augments the porphyry copper-gold mineralization observed at the Malloy and Snowpatch zones over 8 km south at the Delta prospect. The Oweegee Dome project is the subject of an option agreement between Sanatana and ArcWest Exploration Inc. ("ArcWest").

Key Points:
  • (TSXV: STA) ("Sanatana" or the "Company") has identified a new copper-bearing zone, named the Tarn zone, at the Oweegee Dome copper-gold project located within the famous "Golden Triangle" of northwest British Columbia.
  • The Oweegee Dome project is the subject of an option agreement between Sanatana and ArcWest Exploration Inc. ("ArcWest").
  • The discovery of copper mineralization at the Tarn zone along with the copper-gold porphyry mineralization at the Malloy and Snowpatch zones greatly enhances the overall perspectivity of the Oweegee Dome project.
  • Our recent work greatly supports our original exploration concept that Oweegee hosts multiple rock-covered porphyry systems.
