SAINT OUEN L'AUMÔNE, France and LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga., March 1, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Staci, Europe's leading multichannel fulfillment provider, has completed the acquisition of Amware Fulfillment LLC, a top provider of direct-to-consumer, order fulfillment services with 15 facilities across the U.S. Both companies are privately held. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
