Carver Federal Savings Bank ("Carver" or the "Bank"), a U.S. Treasury certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) in in partnership with The Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce (GHCC), announced the winners of the 2022 Minority Women-Owned Business Pitch Competition.
