(NASDAQ: WW) (“WeightWatchers,” “WW,” or “the Company”) announced today that Director Oprah Winfrey has decided not to stand for re-election at the Company’s upcoming annual meeting of shareholders to be held in May 2024. Ms. Winfrey has served on the Company’s Board of Directors since 2015.
