WASHINGTON, March 6, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Democratic Presidential Candidate Jason Palmer handed President Joe Biden his first primary defeat on Tuesday, winning American Samoa's Democratic caucus, 56 to 44 percent.

- Palmer released the below statement following his win, which allotted him three of the six delegates awarded in the caucus:
