- She previously served in senior management roles with General Motors Corporation, including as president of Saturn Corporation.
- Ms. Clayton currently serves as a director of NXP Semiconductors N.V. (NASDAQ: NXPI), Duke Energy Corporation (NYSE: DUK) and Nordson Corporation (NASDAQ: NDSN).
