Kennedy Human Rights today announced the Guatemalan organization Parlamento del Pueblo Xinka (Parliament of the Xinka People) as the recipient of its 40th annual Human Rights Award. A ceremony honoring Xinka Parliament will take place Tuesday, June 6 at 11 am in the Kennedy Caucus Room, Russell Senate Office Building in Washington, DC.
