Preferred Behavioral Health Group (PBHG) in partnership with HOPE Sheds Light (HSL) has launched the Fostering Hope program, through a government grant from the Ocean County Opioid Settlement Council and the Ocean County Board of Commissioners. The program provides both clinical and peer support recovery services for people with substance use disorders.
