ThermVac Inc. , Korea's specialty manufacturer for vacuum furnaces, said that the carbon purification vacuum furnace which has been installed in the Pohang plant of Ibiden Graphite Korea, a Korean unit of Japan's Ibiden Co., Ltd., is currently working successfully.
