Omans largest cement manufacturer, Raysut Cement Company (RCC), said it has closed the deal of acquiring 75 per cent of LafargeHolcims cement terminal at Thilafushi Island in Maldives, and a new joint venture - Raysut Maldives Cement Pvt.
