DALLAS, Aug. 28, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- OnAugust 27, 2020, the Fifth Court of Appeals of Texas at Dallas reversed the dismissal of Fernando Herrera's Texas Whistleblower case against Dallas Independent School District.
