- The initiative builds on Apples work to advance racial equity in education, the economy, and the criminal justice system, and is led by Apples vice president of Environment, Policy and Social Initiatives, Lisa Jackson.
- Later this year, Apple will open an Apple Developer Academy in Detroit the first of its kind in the US.
