CIM Group announced today that it has signed a lease with Emmy Award-winning journalist and media personality Jemele Hill and Hills long-time representative and veteran television agent Evan Dick (Exit 39) for a dedicated podcast studio and creative office in Los Angeles West Adams neighborhood.
