LANSING, Mich., Oct. 31, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The Michigan Chamber of Commerce issued the following statement in response to a ruling today by Michigan Court of Claims Judge Michael J. Kelly which clears the way for construction of the Line 5 tunnel beneath the Straits of Mackinac.
