CALGARY, Alberta, July 20, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Alberta government can reinstate a 10 per cent single-rate personal income tax and restore the Alberta Tax Advantage while incurring only a modest loss in revenue, finds a new study released today by the Fraser Institute, an independent, non-partisan Canadian public policy think-tank.
