The original torque display system created by XCMG can complete interactive operations and data display of the super lift, wind power boom and luffing jib, plus one-click unlocking and tensioning as well as autorotation of the wind power boom.
This training system utilizes wind power hoisting scenarios of the largest scale that supports operators to quickly master the skills.
XCMG upgraded the kiloton all-terrain crane virtual simulation training system again in 2020 with the XCA1600 as a prototype, featuring programs for the telescopic system, dual-cylinder head display and control.

Now in full operation, Zoomlion's tower crane IM factory has improved production efficiency greatly one tower crane rolls off the assembly line every 18 minutes.
The Zoomlion tower crane IM factory has a new layout of one "intelligent factory", two "lighthouse workshops", three "intelligent warehouses" and four "blackout production lines", manufacturing each series of tower cranes and construction lifts in the 63-20,000 tonne-meter range.
Meanwhile, Zoomlion delivered two units of the world's largest wind power luffing jib tower crane LW2340-180 to the customer.
