Moscow, June 28, 2021 - MMC Norilsk Nickel, the world's largest producer of palladium and high-grade nickel and one of the largest producers of platinum and copper, and the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory signed today an agreement on cooperation in the implementation of investment projects in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
