(“Dentsply Sirona” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: XRAY) today announced that, as part of its planned succession process and consistent with the Company’s Board of Directors’ (the “Board”) commitment to periodic Board refreshment in line with its Corporate Governance Guidelines, the Board has appointed Gregory T. Lucier as Chairman of the Board and as a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee, effective January 1, 2024.
