Macquarie Infrastructure Partners II (MIP II), announced that an agreement has been reached today to divest its 50% managed equity interest in Elizabeth River Crossings (ERC) as part of a full sale of ERC to Abertis and Manulife Investment Management, on behalf of John Hancock Life Insurance Company (U.S.A.).
