The complainant has requested information from Royal Museums Greenwich (“the Museum”), an organisation which comprises the National Maritime Museum, the Cutty Sark, the Royal Observatory and The Queen’s House, about individuals who have been banned from the Museum’s membership scheme and banned from its grounds and premises. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Museum correctly refused to respond to the request under section 14(1) of the FOIA (vexatious requests). The Commissioner does not require the Museum to take any steps.
