(NASDAQ: MINM) (the Company) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 shares of the Companys common stock at a public offering price of $2.50 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $22.7 million after deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and other offering expenses.
