Stratford-on-Avon District Council withheld the requested information in its entirety under regulations 12(3), 12(5)(b) 12(5)(f) and 13(1) of the EIR. The Commissioner’s decision is that Stratford-on-Avon District Council has correctly applied regulation 13(1) of the EIR to the requested information. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
