TMCF PRAISES CONGRESS AND THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION FOR INVESTMENTS IN HBCUs AND LOW-INCOME STUDENTS IN THE OMNIBUS APPROPRIATIONS BILL

- Other material changes include increases to: (i) TRIO; (ii) the FSEOG Grant program; and (iii) the Federal Work Study Program.
