CHATSWORTH, Ill., April 9, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --After a few weeks of conversations with the Illinois State Police, new emergency rules have been issued regarding FOID card renewals, according to Richard Pearson, Executive Director of the Illinois State Rifle Association.
