Ricardo Supports Mexico in Drive to Reduce Freight Emissions

Over the next 12 months, specialists in sustainable transport will work with organisations, including Mexico-based Centro Mario Molina and Urbanistica, to provide advice to the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) as part of the Sustainable Transport Programme. - Ricardos focus will be on green freight, helping national and local policy makers, as well as freight operators based in Mexico, to reduce the climate change and air pollution impacts of the transport of goods through a series of practical actions.
- The project will support the cooperation between Mexico and Germany, which aims to promote climate mitigation efforts in Mexicos road freight sector by supporting ministries, authorities and companies.
