  • Hard disk drive (HDD) suspension units are a key component of the hard disk drives found in a wide range of consumer products, including computers and gaming systems.
  • Since then, Robins Kaplan has obtained $1.2 billion in settlements to date in In re Automotive Parts Antitrust Litigation, as well as over $1.2 billion in settlements in In re Air Cargo Shipping Services Antitrust Litigation, in addition to many other successful recoveries.
