Robins Kaplan Named Co-Lead Counsel in Hard Disk Drive Antitrust Litigation

- The putative class Robins Kaplan represents consists of consumers who, between May 2008 and April 2016, indirectly purchased a product, not for resale, which included a hard disk drive suspension assembly manufactured by one of the defendants.
- Hard disk drive (HDD) suspension units are a key component of the hard disk drives found in a wide range of consumer products, including computers and gaming systems.
- Since then, Robins Kaplan has obtained $1.2 billion in settlements to date in In re Automotive Parts Antitrust Litigation, as well as over $1.2 billion in settlements in In re Air Cargo Shipping Services Antitrust Litigation, in addition to many other successful recoveries.
