ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 3, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Almost half of organizations surveyed (48 percent) had formal mentoring programs in place, and of those that did not, 42 percent were planning to implement one in the next few years, according to ATD's new research report, Mentoring for Success: Embracing Growth and Development.
