Linc Housing and County of Riverside Celebrate Grand Opening of 48 New Affordable Homes in Beaumont for Families
BEAUMONT, Calif., Feb. 21, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Linc Housing, a nonprofit developer of affordable and supportive housing, and Riverside Community Housing Corp., the nonprofit affiliate of the Riverside County Housing Authority, gathered with new residents, Beaumont Mayor David Fenn, Riverside County Supervisor Yxstian Gutierrez and other partners to celebrate the grand opening of The Blossom, a 48-home apartment community in Beaumont for families earning at or under 30 percent of the area median income for Riverside County. The Blossom joins Liberty Village as Linc Housing's second affordable community in Beaumont.
