- The Canada Industrial Relations Board is an independent, representational, quasi-judicial tribunal responsible for the interpretation and administration of PartI (Industrial Relations) and certain provisions of PartII (Occupational Health and Safety) and PartIII (Labour Standards) of the Canada Labour Code.
