(the “Company”), have entered into a debt financing facility (“debt facility”) providing the Company with access to up to $400 million from funds managed by Oxford Finance LLC (“Oxford”) and Hercules Capital, Inc. (NYSE: HTGC) (“Hercules”) (collectively, the “Lenders”).
