With this acquisition of the remaining shares, Livegenic will become a wholly-owned subsidiary in the Claim Central Group, a key investor since 2017. Livegenic will continue business-as-usual by maintaining its own brand identity, headquarters location, and staff/leadership, including Olek Shestakov as managing director and head of Livegenic.
