After joining the company as one of the first employees, Roberts helped grow the brand to more than 2,000 employees, reaching over $2 billion in revenue and successfully completing an initial public offering. Prior to Fitbit, Roberts was the Vice President of Product at Odeo, was a part of the team that created Twitter, and worked at companies such as Yahoo!, Organic Online and Lotus.
