Dr. Russell received his undergraduate degree from Washington & Lee University with a B.S. in Accounting. He worked in finance for two years before deciding that his true calling was medicine. He went on to earn his M.D. from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where he also completed his internship and residency.
