Among J2 Global’s U.S. workforce, 35% of J2 Global U.S. employees are people of color and 41% of J2 Global U.S. employees are female, the report finds. Hiring trends indicate that representation and diversity are on the rise at J2 Global U.S. over the past 18 months, with people of color representing 38% of new U.S. hires, and women representing 44% of the company’s new U.S. hires during that period.

As part of its “Doing > Talking,” initiative, J2 Global details in its Report the ongoing and upcoming programs and actions to drive inclusion, equity and diversity at the company; a series of programs to further diversify and add conscious inclusion measures to the company’s recruiting and hiring practices, enhanced training for employees on unconscious bias and anti-racism, and more.
