Global Partners Declares Increased Cash Distribution on Common Units for the Second Quarter of 2020

Global Partners LP (NYSE: GLP) announced today that the Board of Directors of its general partner, Global GP LLC, has increased its quarterly cash distribution by 6.5 cents to $0.45875 per unit ($1.835 per unit on an annualized basis) on all of its outstanding common units for the period from April 1 to June 30, 2020. The distribution will be paid August 14, 2020 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on August 10, 2020.

Non-U.S. Withholding Information

This press release is intended to be a qualified notice under Treasury Regulation Section 1.1446-4(b). Brokers and nominees should treat one hundred percent (100%) of GLP’s distributions to non-U.S. investors as being attributable to income that is effectively connected with a United States trade or business.
