Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. Announces Closing of 19,166,667 Ordinary Shares

MIAMI, July 21, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH) (the “Company”) announced today that it has closed its underwritten public offering of 19,166,667 ordinary shares of the Company (the “Offering”) at a price to the public of $15.00 per share (including 2,500,000 ordinary shares of the Company issued in connection with the full exercise by the underwriters of their option to acquire additional ordinary shares). The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the Offering for general corporate purposes.

J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Barclays, Mizuho Securities and UBS Investment Bank acted as joint book-running managers for the Offering.
